1. Handmade & Personalized Products

All of our items are handcrafted and made to order, which means no two pieces are exactly the same. Please double-check your spelling, dates, and customization details when ordering — once production begins, changes may not be possible.

2. Processing Time

Most personalized items ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking information when your order ships.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or with a mistake on our part. If there's an issue, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [angi@mypurpleporch.com] so we can make it right.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via [USPS/UPS/etc.], and delivery times may vary depending on your location. My Purple Porch is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed off to the carrier.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. After that window, we may be unable to cancel your order due to personalization.

6. Digital Products & Interactive Art

Some items (like our Soundwave Art) include digital features such as app-enabled audio/video playback. These experiences are powered in partnership with Soundwave Art™, and their terms may also apply. Please make sure to follow the provided instructions for setup and use.

7. Mailing List & Promotions

By subscribing to our mailing list or joining our community via social media, you agree to receive occasional emails about new products, special offers, and shop updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

SHIPPING 

Shipping & Local Pickup/Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! In addition to offering free shipping within the U.S., we are pleased to provide local pickup and local delivery options for a small fee. Please read our full policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.


1. Free Shipping in the United States We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees for shipping, and we aim to deliver your personalized items as quickly as possible. Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, additional charges may apply.


2. Local Pickup If you are located near us, we offer local pickup for your convenience. There is no charge for pickup, and it is a great way to get your personalized products without waiting for shipping.


Pickup Location: Delphi, IN

Pickup Time: Orders will be available for pickup within 4 business days after your order is processed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID or a copy of your order confirmation when picking up your item.


3. Local Delivery For customers in the local area, we also offer local delivery for a small fee of $3. This delivery service is available within a specific radius from our store or production facility. Please check if you qualify for local delivery at checkout.


Delivery Time: Local deliveries will typically be made within 5 business days after your order is processed. You will receive a delivery window and tracking information via email once your order is out for delivery.

Delivery Fee: A fee of $3 will be applied at checkout for local delivery. This charge covers the cost of delivering your personalized products directly to your door.


4. Processing Time Since our products are personalized, please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. This time is required to ensure that your product is made to your exact specifications. Processing times may vary during peak seasons (such as holidays), so we recommend ordering early to avoid delays.


5. Shipping Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and external factors such as weather or holidays. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped (or is out for local delivery), you will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


7. Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping or delivery address, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.


8. Shipping to International Addresses At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States (including U.S. territories). We do not ship internationally but hope to expand our shipping options in the future.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to us, and we will assist in any way we can.


10. Changes to Shipping Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping and pickup/delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all orders placed after the update date. RETURNS

Return Policy for Personalized Products Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our personalized products. However, due to the custom nature of these items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please read our policy below. 1. Customization Accuracy We strive to ensure that every personalized detail is correct based on the information provided during your order. It is the customer's responsibility to review all personalization details (such as names, dates, messages, and design preferences) before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for errors made in personalization, so please double-check all entries. 2. Returns and Exchanges Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If your item is faulty or there was an error in personalization due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at angi@mypurpleporch.com . We may request a photo of the damaged item and packaging to assist in processing your claim. Once we verify the issue, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.


4. Wrong or Missing Items If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue by sending the correct product or issuing a refund. 5. Non-Refundable Items Personalized items that were produced according to your specifications (including names, dates, or other customizations) are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged. This includes items that were personalized with incorrect details provided by the customer. 6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

7. Shipping Costs For approved returns or exchanges due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. 8. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be processed before the product is personalized and has entered production. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible. 9. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time.
